Refund policy

Effective October 27, 2026

Virle is currently free. We do not sell subscriptions, accept payments, charge entry fees or offer in-game purchases. There are no Virle charges to refund and no subscription to cancel.

If you see an unexpected charge described as Virle, contact salvilograssobiz@gmail.com and your payment provider. Do not send full payment-card details, bank credentials or identity documents.

If paid features are introduced, the price, billing terms, cancellation procedure and applicable refund rights will be provided before purchase. This page does not waive any mandatory consumer rights or create a “no refunds” rule for future purchases. Purchases made on external websites are governed by their own terms.
